Before building software, I spent years working across IT operations, B2B sales, entrepreneurship, industrial project development, and insurance operations. Those environments taught me to look for the same things: where responsibility becomes ambiguous, where information is lost, where a decision cannot be explained, and where a process depends on memory instead of evidence.
